ENQUIRY TERMS

1. Purpose
The website provides operational planning tools, general filtration information and a way to prepare supply enquiries. It is not an automated parts-authorisation system and does not itself create a contract.
2. Cross-reference information
A cross-reference is a starting point, not proof of interchangeability. Thread, gasket, dimensions, valve settings, media, pressure rating, flow direction and application restrictions may differ. Written quotation details and manufacturer requirements prevail.
3. Customer-supplied evidence
The enquirer is responsible for the accuracy of machine, engine, serial, reference, dimension, quantity and delivery information supplied. Report uncertainty rather than filling gaps by assumption.
4. Quotations and stock
Displayed stock-family figures are interface examples, not live inventory. Availability, price, tax, lead time, condition, origin, delivery and payment terms are confirmed in a separate quotation or invoice.
5. Orders
An order exists only when accepted through the stated commercial process. Adding an item to the browser enquiry list does not reserve stock or approve a substitute.
6. Delivery and inspection
The buyer should inspect package count, visible damage, reference and quantity on receipt. Preserve packaging and notify us promptly of discrepancies, with photographs and documents where appropriate.
7. Installation
Installation and maintenance must follow equipment instructions and be performed by competent personnel. The customer must confirm that the supplied item matches the authorised application before fitting or operating the machine.
8. Website availability
We may correct content, change routes or suspend the site for maintenance. Keep critical service records in your own maintenance system rather than relying on this demonstration board.
9. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, photographs and graphics are protected. You may print a checklist for internal maintenance use, but commercial republication, scraping and brand imitation require permission.
10. Governing principles
Applicable Pakistani law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights. Parties should first attempt practical resolution through written communication and supporting records.
