1. General guidance only

2. Service intervals
Intervals vary with machine, engine, duty, fuel, lubricant, contamination, ambient conditions and maintenance history. Dashboard percentages and hours are illustrative, not recommendations for a specific asset.
3. Compatibility
Visual similarity and partial cross-reference data are insufficient. Confirm all critical dimensions, settings and restrictions against authoritative equipment information before installation.
4. Condition indicators
Restriction, differential pressure and fluid-condition measurements are useful only when instruments are functioning, installed correctly and interpreted under the specified operating condition.
5. Safety
Stop and isolate equipment according to site procedures before opening housings. Hot fluids, stored pressure, rotating machinery, elevated work and heavy components require trained personnel and suitable protective equipment.
6. No uptime guarantee
Correct filtration reduces risk but cannot guarantee uptime or prevent every failure. Operating practices, existing wear, contamination events, component quality and unrelated faults remain material factors.
